Repair & Service Warranty Policy

Our repair warranty is designed to give you peace of mind after a service at Sameer Mobiles. Please read the terms below.

Warranty period

All repairs carried out at Sameer Mobiles are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of service. The warranty covers the specific part that was replaced and the workmanship of the repair.

What voids the warranty

  • Any physical damage to the device after the repair (drops, cracks, dents).
  • Any liquid or water damage after the repair.
  • Unauthorised opening, tampering or repair attempts by any person or shop other than Sameer Mobiles.

Any of the above will immediately void the warranty on the repair.

Exclusions

The warranty covers only the specific issue that was repaired. Pre-existing faults or any new issues unrelated to the original repair are not covered.

Data loss disclaimer

Please back up your personal data — photos, contacts, messages, apps and any other important information — before handing over your device for service. Sameer Mobiles is not responsible for any loss of data that may occur during the repair process.

Parts used

We use high-quality compatible parts for most repairs. Where genuine OEM parts are required or requested, this will be clearly disclosed to you at the time of service along with any difference in price.
