Refund & Exchange Policy (Accessories)

Our exchange and replacement policy for mobile accessories purchased in-store at Sameer Mobiles.

Exchange window

Accessories can be exchanged within 7 days of the date of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging with all tags and inserts intact, and the original purchase receipt is presented.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, the following cannot be exchanged or returned once opened, used or applied:

  • Tempered glass and screen protectors (once opened or applied).
  • Earphones, headphones and other in-ear audio products (once the seal is broken).
  • SIM ejector tools, memory cards and any items marked non-returnable at billing.

Refund method

We offer exchange or store credit only. Cash refunds are not provided. You can exchange the accessory for another product of equal value, or take store credit to use on a future purchase.

Defective items

If an accessory has a genuine manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge within 7 days of purchase, subject to inspection by our team. Damage caused by misuse, mishandling or normal wear and tear is not covered.
